A slower way of doing this work
Hello, I'm Amélie. Not your typical coach.
I'm a somatic practitioner and breathwork facilitator based between Paris and the south of France. For nearly a decade, I've supported women through burnout recovery, nervous system healing, and the slow, sacred work of returning to themselves.
My work isn't about fixing you. There's nothing to fix.
It's about creating the space — and the safety — for you to soften, listen, and remember who you've always been beneath the noise.

I take this work seriously, and the women I support deserve to know where it comes from. I continue to train every year. The work asks that of me. Whatever you decide next — whether you reach out to me, or someone else, or simply close this tab and take a walk — I hope you remember that you're allowed to want a different kind of life. A softer one. A slower one. A truer one.
My Way of Working
I work slowly. This is the first thing I want you to know. Our sessions won't feel rushed. There's no checklist, no agenda I'm trying to push you through, no goals I'm secretly measuring you against. We move at the pace your body is ready to move at — and not a moment faster. Even when we're talking about something abstract — a relationship, a memory, a recurring thought — we'll come back to the body. To what you're feeling. To what's tight, what's open, what wants to soften. The body is the doorway. It always has been.
My Specialities
My work lives at the intersection of somatic practice, nervous system healing, and the slow art of becoming. I specialise in supporting women through burnout recovery, life transitions, and the quiet work of returning to themselves — through breath, body, and honest conversation.

Integrated Well-Being
I believe healing is slow, and that's the point. I believe the body holds more wisdom than the mind. I believe rest is not earned, and boundaries are an act of love. Above all, I believe women deserve spaces that meet them with softness, honesty, and reverence — exactly as they are.
When you're ready, I'm here.
You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out. If something in you is whispering it's time — let's talk.
