1:1 Private Coaching

Where the Real Work Happens

A 12-week private container for women ready to do the slow, sacred work of coming home to themselves. Twelve weeks of weekly 1:1 sessions, woven together with somatic practice, nervous system support, and the kind of honest conversation that doesn't happen anywhere else.

Who This Is For

What We'll Do Together

Private Coaching is the most intimate work I offer. It's also the slowest, the deepest, and the one I'm most proud of.

Over twelve weeks, we'll meet every week for 75-minute sessions — virtual, candle-lit if you like, held in a space that becomes ours. We'll weave together somatic practice, nervous system work, and slow, honest conversation. We'll move at the pace your body is ready to move at, and not a moment faster.

This isn't talk therapy. It isn't typical coaching. It's something quieter — a slow, deliberate return to yourself, guided by someone who's walked this path before.

The 4-Phase Journey

PHASE 1 — ARRIVE (Weeks 1–3)

We slow down. We create the space, safety, and stillness your nervous system needs to actually drop in. We map what you've been carrying, what you're ready to release, and what you're walking toward.

PHASE 2 — LISTEN (Weeks 4–6)

Together, we begin to hear what's been waiting underneath. The patterns, the stories, the quiet wisdom. We listen with curiosity, not judgment.

PHASE 3 — RELEASE (Weeks 7–9)

We gently let go of what's no longer yours to carry — the inherited beliefs, the people-pleasing, the constant performance. Not by pushing through. By softening.

PHASE 4 — EMBODY (Weeks 10–12)

We integrate everything you've uncovered into daily life. Through rituals, somatic practices, and sustainable rhythms, the work becomes the way you live — not just something you did.

When you're ready, I'm here.

The work begins with a single conversation. Let's see if this is your season. You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out. If something in you is whispering it's time — you can trust that.
