Seasonal Circles

The Work, Held in Community

Four times a year — at the turn of each season — I open a small group container for ten women walking parallel paths. Six weeks of weekly calls, somatic practice, and the kind of held intimacy that's rare to find. There's a particular medicine in healing alongside others. The Circles are designed to hold it.

Who This Is For

What We'll Do Together

Each Circle is built around the rhythm of the season we're entering. We meet weekly for ninety minutes — virtually, candles lit, ten women gathered in soft conversation. Together, we weave teaching, somatic practice, group reflection, and the kind of slow listening that's almost impossible to find anywhere else.

This isn't a course. It isn't a workshop. It's a held container — a space where the work happens not just because of the practices, but because of the women you're walking alongside.

We move slowly. We don't rush. And by the end of six weeks, you'll know yourself differently — and you'll know nine other women in a way you've rarely known anyone.

The 4-Phase Journey

SPRING CIRCLE — RETURN (March)

A circle for women emerging from the quiet of winter. We work with themes of awakening, tender beginnings, and softening back into life after stillness.

SUMMER CIRCLE — BLOOM (June)

A circle for the fullness of summer. We explore themes of visibility, embodiment, joy without apology, and what it means to take up space in your own life.

AUTUMN CIRCLE — RELEASE (September)

A circle for the season of letting go. We work with what no longer fits — patterns, relationships, identities — and the slow art of releasing with grace.

WINTER CIRCLE — REST (December)

A circle for the deepest season. We honour rest as a practice, slow down into stillness, and reconnect with the wisdom that only comes in the quiet.

What's Included

When you're ready, I'm here.

The work begins with a single conversation. Let's see if this is your season. You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out. If something in you is whispering it's time — you can trust that.
